Bill's Players Club Official Rules and Regulations

  1. "Bill's Player Club" (hereinafter the "Program") is the player loyalty program for Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon located at 3595 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109.
  2. As used herein, "Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon" means Corner Investment Company, LLC d/b/a Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon (the "Casino").
  3. Entry into the Program is limited to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older with proof of age that Casino, acting in its sole and absolute discretion, deems appropriate. Casino will accept as proof of age valid picture identification (driver's license, state identification card, or military identification card) or if the individual is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport, consular identification or alien registration card is required.
  4. There is no entry fee to register or participate in the Program.
  5. Employees of Casino and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, owned, operated or managed properties, parent companies and immediate family members of such employees at director level or higher as determined by Casino are not eligible to participant in the Program. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee's place of residence.
  6. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, by their own request, or those excluded at the sole discretion of Casino, are not eligible.
  7. Upon registering for the Program a player club card (the "Card") will be issued in the name of the registered individual.
  8. Cards are non-transferable, the property of Casino and must be returned upon request of Casino.
  9. The benefits of the Program are intended for the use of the individual listed on the account.
  10. Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse.
  11. Cards may be used to track play and accumulate Comp dollars ("Comp Dollars") by the account member only.
  12. Comp Dollars are earned for all tracked slot, table, and race/sports betting, where applicable.
  13. The Program and all earned Comp Dollars are only valid at the Casino.
  14. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure his/her Card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots, to ensure that a supervisor is aware of play when playing tables, and to ensure that his/her Card is presented at the betting window each time a race/sports bet is made.
  15. Comp Dollars are earned based on coin in for slot play, on average wager, time and game played for table game play, and amount and type of bet placed for race/sports bets. 
  16. All Comp Dollar earnings are subject to review and verification by Casino.
  17. Casino uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's average bet and length of play; however, as a condition of receiving Comp Dollars for table games play, race/sports betting, or other non-slot games, participants agree that such Comp Dollars are granted based on the personal observation of Casino's employees, which is subject to error. The determination of Casino shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  18. Casino reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Card.
  19. Comp Dollars are redeemable for room nights, restaurants, bars and gift shops and have no cash value.
  20. All redemptions of Comp Dollars are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Casino.
  21. Comp Dollars are transferable; please see the Player Club Booth for details.
  22. Comp Dollars are valid as long as at least one (1) Comp Dollar is earned every twelve (12) months. If no Comp Dollars are earned within a twelve (12) month period, the entire Comp Dollar account balance will expire.
  23. Valid photo identification must be presented in order to redeem Comp Dollars.
  24. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Program lie solely with Casino whose decisions are final.
  25. Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel this Program at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant's reward(s) already earned or redeemed.
  26. Casino reserves the right to revoke or deny application for membership if the individual has not complied with the Program in any manner inclusive of the Official Rules and Regulations and misuse of the Card.
  27. Participants agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation where permitted.

  29. Casino is not responsible for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Program and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Program, and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
  30. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Program may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Casino reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
  31. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including gaming, and all aspects of the Program are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
  32. By participation in the Program, participants agree to comply with all rules contained herein.
  33. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
