Comp Explosion Official Rules

SECTION I – PROMOTION REGISTRATION AND ENTRY

  1. The “Comp Explosion” (hereinafter the “Promotion”) refers to the daily events commencing on November 9, 2009, and ending on December 31, 2010 (the “Promotional Period”), at Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon located at 3595 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109.
  2. A promotional day (the “Promotional Day”) is defined as 6:00 a.m. on 1 calendar day until 5:59 a.m. on the next calendar day during the Promotional Period.
  3. All references to time of day herein refer to Las Vegas, Nevada time.
  4. As used herein, “Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon” means Corner Investment Company, LLC d/b/a Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon (“Casino”).
  5. Casino reserves the right to refuse anyone entry into the Promotion, in its sole and absolute discretion.
  6. The Promotion is limited to participants 21 years of age or older with proof of age that Casino, acting in its sole and absolute discretion, deems appropriate.
  7. All participants must have a Casino player club card (“Player Card”); Player Cards are free and are available at the Player Club Booth.
  8. Casino may limit the number of entries into the drawings (the “Drawing(s)”) and may award entries in its sole and absolute discretion. Casino may award a limited number of entries through third party marketing arrangements and/or other promotional activities in its sole and absolute discretion.
  9. All entries are subject to review and verification.
  10. Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.
  11. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees.
  12. Participants must show their Player Card and valid picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card) in order to redeem their prize. If participant is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport, consular identification or alien registration card is required.
  13. Employees of Casino and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, owned, operated or managed properties, contractors hired for the operation of the Promotion or parent companies and immediate family members of such employees at director level or higher as determined by Casino are not eligible to participate in the Promotion, unless approved in advance by Casino. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, brother, sister, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any other relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.
  14. By participation in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with all rules contained herein.
  15. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  16. Need not be present to win and participants may win only once per Promotional Day.
  17. Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
  18. Participants agree to allow Casino the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or further consent.
  19. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.

SECTION II – PROMOTION SCHEDULING

  1. Promotion times are approximate. Casino reserves the right to change Promotion times in its sole and absolute discretion.
  2. Casino may cancel, modify, relocate or reschedule the Promotion for any reason.
  3. Casino is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries, nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Casino, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
  4. Casino is not responsible for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion, and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
  5. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Casino reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

SECTION III – PARTICIPANT CONDUCT AND PROMOTION INTEGRITY

  1. Casino may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Promotion as determined by Casino, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, but shall not be limited to expulsion from the property and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Casino.
  2. Casino may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of Official Rules or other misconduct while on the property or otherwise occurring whether or not relating to the Promotion or as otherwise reasonable or necessary for Casino to comply with applicable statutes and regulations, in its sole and absolute discretion.
  3. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Casino reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
  4. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the Promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Casino, whose decisions are final.
  5. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  6. Official Rules and any and all changes in the rules and event descriptions for the Promotion will be available at the Player’s Club booth.
  7. Where a situation arises which is not covered by these rules, Casino shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Promotion and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.

SECTION IV – PROMOTION SPECIFIC RULES

  1. Participants must enter the Promotion by having their Player Card swiped at the Players Club during Players Club business hours on any Promotional Day.
  2. Upon entering each participant shall receive 1 free Drawing entry.
  3. Participants may only enter once per Promotional Day.
  4. All entries for the Drawings are in electronic format and must be activated.
  5. To be eligible for the Drawings, entries must be activated on the Promotional Day the entry was received.
  6. Entries are activated by earning at least 1 comp dollar (“Comp Dollar”) or by accumulating at least 1 hour of tracked slot play, table play or race & sports play on a Promotional Day. Comp Dollars and tracked slot play, table play or race & sports play earned on 1 Promotional Day will not be considered for entries on another Promotional Day.
  7. A total of 6 Drawings will take place at random throughout each Promotional Day.
  8. At each Drawing, 1 entry will be selected by random drawings (through secure means to be determined by Casino) from all eligible entries.
  9. Once a winner is selected an announcement will be made over the casino’s personal address system.
  10. The winners of each Drawing will be posted at the Players Club Booth for the duration of the applicable Promotional Day.
  11. Winners will not be contacted by the Casino; it is the responsibility of each participant to check the Players Club Booth for the posting of winners.
  12. Comp Dollars will be applied to the Players Club account of each winner within 24 hours of the Comp Explosion announcement.
  13. Each winner will receive 100 Comp Dollars.
  14. Comp Dollars are redeemable for room nights, restaurants, bars, gift shops, and have no cash value.
  15. All redemptions of Comp Dollars are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Casino.
  16. Comp Dollars are valid as long as at least 1 Comp Dollar is earned every 12 months. If no Comp Dollars are earned within a 12 month period, the entire Comp Dollar account balance will expire.
  17. With regard to the prize identified in these Official Rules, Casino reserves the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event that the original prizes become unavailable. In no event will Casino be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.
  18. Winnings may be subject to reporting and withholding pursuant to Federal IRS regulations, and winners are required to cooperate with Casino in completing necessary forms.
